Toyota is took everything it has learned about building hybrids and applied the technology to the RAV4 crossover, creating a great, efficient vehicles for families who care about the environment and about saving money at the pump.
The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid combines a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine running on the Atkinson Cycle and an electric motor, with power delivered to both axles via the standard Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel-Drive System.
The addition of an electric motor will mean better acceleration and fuel economy than the internal combustion model, and more horsepower too—176 according to Toyota.
The styling’s been updated as well for the 2016 model year. Sharper lines, reshaped headlights, a redesigned lower bumper, and better material quality will be available to all stock model customers at Wondries Toyota. Upper trims will of course add even more features, such as a full array of LED lighting and the new Toyota Safety Sense suite.
